Greg founded Schlitt Builders over a decade ago. As president of Schlitt Builders, Greg is the key person who works with clients from the initial meeting where ideas and dreams are shared through each step of the designing and construction phases. Kathy's contributions to Schlitt Builders is based upon her construction experience which has been honed over the past 13 years by working for a metal building contractor in Montana, a mechanical/electrical engineering firm in Georgia, and a general contractor in North Dakota. Greg Schlitt recognized the breadth and depth of knowledge that Kathy has about the construction industry and in 1999 offered her a position with his firm. Rick Fiore,
Superintendent Rick has been a resident of Indian River County since 1972 and has spent the last 19 years in the building industry. He has vast experience in most facets of construction, including building his own homes. What this means for clients is that Rick has a complete understanding of what is entailed when building a home literally from the ground-up and knows what to look for during construction. Frank Atwood,
Superintendent Frank has been participating in remodeling and home repairs since 1989 and has been supervising Schlitt Builders remodeling division since 1998. As with all Schlitt Builders' supervisors, Frank attends construction industry seminars on a consistent basis so that our clients can be presented with the latest building innovations. AIA, Staff Architect A lifetime resident of Vero Beach, Florida, John is a graduate of the University of Florida. Since beginning his own architectural firm in 1967, John has been involved in all aspects of residential and commercial design including custom home designs, remodeling of homes, designing complete office buildings, restaurants, laboratories, schools, churches, government and retail projects. From a vantage point of 40 years at the top of his field, John has a clear view of how to create a practical, comfortable and pleasing environment for his clients.
